About Kate Hudson

I am Kate Hudson. I am a dedicated first aid and Lifeguard trainer with over 16 years’ experience.

Having been a first aider and a Lifeguard for many years prior to training, and being employed within the hospitality industry, it is the real-life experiences that I will bring to your training.

I am passionate about putting first aid for mental health on an equal footing in the workplace as physical first aid, and I work with many companies to help promote a positive mental health culture in the workplace.

As well as delivering first aid for mental health in the workplace, I also volunteer for a local suicide intervention and mental health charity in my home village of Braunton, North Devon.

My aim is to offer engaging, affordable training which can be adapted to suit your business needs. I am flexible with delivery times to ensure that training can fit around your operation. This includes evenings and weekends for nursery settings.

I am the only first aid trainer within my business, so it is guaranteed if you book with me that I will personally organise and deliver your course.

First aid can be daunting, so my ethos is providing a relaxed, informal environment to enhance learning opportunities. My mission is to remove the fear factor from giving first aid and give everyone that has attended one of my courses the confidence to act.
