Types of Training
Kate’s approach to our mental health first aid course was both non-judgemental and full of real empathy and compassion. She has a great depth of knowledge and understanding, and her delivery was pitched perfectly to our group dynamic ensuring an appropriate level of sensitivity whilst also being able to balance the need for some humour and smiles. There was also plenty of time for much needed reflection and debate. An enlightening and truly helpful course on a topic that affects each and every one of us.
