Types of Training

I completed the mental health first aid course with Kate, wow, it was so informative and in-depth without being overbearing, I have learnt a lot and am looking forward to using these skills and helping others. Kate delivered the course very well, it was over zoom but felt like we were all together, she is patient and welcomes questions and discussions which was great. Thank you Kate! 5 star recommendation from me. This course, along with first aid I have done over the years, inspired me to join the ambulance service!

Jodie, Devon

I have just completed the first aid mental health awareness course with Kate as my instructor, she was very informative on a subject which I knew nothing about! Kate made it very easy to understand and absorb the information she was giving and I feel much more aware and knowledgeable of the importance of mental health. It was also very easy over Zoom.
Thank you Kate
